Maricela Aguilar Najera serves as the Principal Consultant and CEO of ociNs Consulting. Hailing from San Benito, Texas situated in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas, she launched her career with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. Over an impressive 20-year tenure, Maricela held positions in various cities, including Houston and Austin, Texas, Carlsbad, California, and ultimately made her home in Las Vegas, Nevada—the City of Lights. Throughout her journey with Four Seasons, she gained diverse experience in food and beverage service and rooms operations, which ultimately led her to discover her true passion for Human Resources.
Maricela has held progressively responsible positions in Human Resources Management for Fortune 500 companies across the hotel, casino, call center, and attractions industries. Her expertise encompasses employee relations management, leadership development, recruitment, policy creation and implementation, and compliance. She is trained in the 360 Certification Assessment, D.I.S.C. and Step One—a collaborative approach to employee issue resolution.
In May 2018, driven by her lifelong ambition to become an entrepreneur, Maricela founded ociNs Consulting. Her mission is to empower businesses to inspire their teams and achieve success through enhanced employee engagement, recruitment, training, and coaching.
